LANSING, MI — Lansing Public Schools will be starting out the New Year with virtual classes. In a letter to the district over the weekend, LPS officials said the move is out of “an abundance of caution” given the surge in COVID-19 cases.
To start, students will be virtual the first week only, from January 3rd through the 7th. Teachers and staff will be reporting to classrooms as usual.
