LANSING, MI — The Lansing Community College Board of Trustees welcomed their new trustees during an oath of office ceremony at the January monthly meeting held last week.
The Honorable Shauna Dunnings of the 30th Circuit Court administered the oath for Trustees Terrence Frazier, Chatum Taylor, and Hope Lovell, and the Honorable Molly Hennessey Greenwalt of the 54-B District Court administered the oath for Trustee Noel Garcia Jr.
Trustees voted to elect new officers for the Board for the 2025-2026 term. Trustee Mathews was re-elected chair, Trustee Frazier was elected vice chair, Trustee Proctor was re-elected treasurer and Trustee Thomas was re-elected secretary.
“I look forward to working with this distinguished group of leaders,” said LCC President Steve Robinson. “All of our trustees share a deep commitment to the values of higher education and helping our students succeed. I welcome their diverse perspectives and experiences.”
