LANSING, MI — The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to attend an open house today to learn more about this year’s planned improvements on US-127 from south of Lake Lansing Road to I-69 in Lansing and East Lansing, Ingham County.
The open house is Wednesday March 4, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Spicer Group, Inc.. 2900 West Road, Suite 100 in East Lansing. MDOT staff will be available to answer questions.
MDOT is rebuilding US-127 to improve roadway geometrics, safety and vehicular movement. Work will include pavement repairs using concrete rubblization with an asphalt overlay, bridges improvements, and upgraded drainage, signs, intelligent transportation systems and pavement markings.
