MARSHALL, MI — The Michigan Strategic Fund has given approval to 120-point-three-million-dollars for the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance. The money is a grant for Ford Motor Company’s BlueOval Battery Park planned for the Marshall area to be built on farmland near Interstates 94 and 69.
The grant will be used for land acquisition, site preparation, wastewater and water upgrades and more. Governor Whitmer announced the funding yesterday.
