LANSING TOWNSHIP — An upscale restaurant and winery on Lake Lansing Road is expected to open next week.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant expects to open the new location at 2101 Lake Lansing Road on Monday. The nearly 10,000-square-foot restaurant and winery sits on approximately 2 1/2 acres, in front of the Eastwood Towne Center.
The Illinois-based restaurant and winery chain was founded in 2005.
Meanwhile, work continues on the Dave & Buster’s at Eastwood Towne Center. The new restaurant and gaming area is expected to open in summer 2025.
