LANSING, MI — Our media partner 6 News WLNS in Lansing reports that more than three years after closing, Lansing restaurant Fidler’s on the Grand is set for a “soft” reopening later this month, having closed after the family who runs it was involved in a tragic pileup on the Ohio Turnpike.
The Taylor family was involved in a massive 46-car crash on in Sandusky County, Ohio in December 2022, sending Lisa and Mark Taylor, as well as their children Sam, Josie, and Jordan Taylor, to the hospital, WLNS reports.
To ring in the New Year, the restaurant announced its official “soft” reopening — set for Jan. 28. The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday, and will be take-out only until its official grand opening.
Fidler’s on the Grand is located at 4805 N Grand River Avenue in Lansing.
