LANSING, MI — The start of Lent bring lots of fish fries to the mid-Michigan area. Numerous Catholic churches and community organizations across the Lansing area will be holding fish fries every Friday through the end of March.
Here a list we’ve compiled:
St. Jude Catholic Church at 801 Bridge Street, DeWitt
- 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., every Friday through March 27
- $17 for adults, 3-piece cod dinner, fries, coleslaw and breadstick; $11 kids 6-12
Lansing VFW Post 701 at 123 N. Rosemary Street, Lansing
- 4:30-7:30 p.m. every Friday through March 27
- $15 for fish, fries or baked potato, coleslaw, roll and mac and cheese. $8 for kids under 12
St. Peter Catholic Church at 515 E. Knight Street, Eaton Rapids
- 4:30-7 p.m. every Friday through March 27
- $16 for three pieces of fish and three sides; $7 for kids.
St. Michael Knights of Columbus at 345 Edwards Street, Grand Ledge
- 5-7 p.m. every Friday through March 27
- $15 for adults; $6 for children 6-1; free for children under 5; or $50 family rate.
Cristo Rey Church at 201 W. Miller Road, Lansing
- 5-7 p.m. every Friday through March 27
- $20 all you can eat; $15 for adult (single serving); $8 for youth.
DeWitt VFW Post 671 at 12250 Old US 27, DeWitt
- 4-7 p.m. every Friday through April 3
- $15 for a three-piece fish dinner with fries, coleslaw and roll. $5 for one piece and fries.
