Alan Derry

Alan has been working on the front lines since day one as a Michigan corrections officer here in Jackson. He has been transporting Covid positive inmates to and from the hospital almost daily. Also, he works in close quarters with his coworkers who were positive or maybe be positive! As if his job wasn’t hard enough! Him and his wife, Jenni, made a tough decision by having him live in quarantine in the basement. This is to protect his wife and two young children! Alan is a wonderful friend, great husband, and awesome dad! He’s more than worthy of this shout out and much more!
