Pam has worked through more than a handful of changes in the past 6 months. In December, she decided to stay at Northwest Veterinary Clinic as new owners took over and helped clients get to know and trust the new doctor. She also made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible when tragedy struck and the new owners had to take some time to grieve the loss of a close family member. Then COVID-19 came and kept everyone from finding any kind of normalcy. And Pam persisted to make sure that Northwest Veterinary Clinic not only survived, but thrived during the pandemic. She took constantly changing schedules and protocols in stride so that as many animals as possible could be helped. As the clinic has grown, Pam has done the work of three people by herself at times until more help could be hired. There is no doubt that Pam has proven to be a Hometown Hero. Thank you Pam for being the rock at the clinic and for being proud of what you do everyday!! You are amazing!!
