EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State University is inviting the public to a special memorial service to honor the life and legacy of Dan Sturges.
Sturges passed away unexpectedly earlier this month. He was the MSU hockey’s team operations director. The event will take place at Munn Ice Arena on Tuesday, February 3. Doors open at 4:45 and the program will start at 5:30. Visitation will conclude at 7:00 p.m.. There will be free parking near Munn and available at Lots 63, 67, 79, and 126.
Sturges, a former Spartan hockey player, joined the MSU hockey staff in August 2019. He was 40-years old.
