EAST LANSING, MI — The restaurants along Grand River Ave. across from the MSU campus seem to come and go. As fast a one closes another opens. Now A Columbus, Ohio-based fast-casual restaurant chain says it will be the next to open an eatery along the the main corridor that separates East Lansing from the MSU campus.
BIBIBOP Asian Grill is known for its Korean-inspired bowls is expected to open soon and become the restaurant chain’s first mid-Michigan location.
The new restaurant is taking shape inside an empty storefront at 309 E. Grand River Ave. The Korean restaurant chain is also planning to open another location Canton, Mich.
