July 14 (Reuters) – Biopharmaceutical company Attovia Therapeutics on Tuesday filed for an initial public offering in the United States.
Biotech IPO activity has picked up as improving investor risk appetite encourages companies to return to public markets.
Attovia Therapeutics develops biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases, using its proprietary ATTOBODY platform.
The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ATTO.”
Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are among the underwriters for the offering.
