LANSING, MI — When organizers had to cancel Lansing’s Dam Jam last month due to poor air quality, makeup plans were left up in the air. Now we know Dam Jam is set to return to the newly remodeled Fish Ladder Music Park on August 28-29.
Previously scheduled for July 17-18, festival organizers were forced to postpone the event due to hazardous air quality from Minnesota wildfire smoke, citing concerns for the health and safety of musicians and attendees.
Organizers say the 2026 Dam Jam Music Festival lineup includes Mystur Love, Headband Henny, Lord Kwaj, i.am.james, School of Rock East Lansing, wilson ave., Shayla Hamady, and Supo featuring special guest bodyguards.
The festival in Old Town is made possible in part through the support of the Capital Region Community Foundation, the Ovation Center for Music and Arts, the City of Lansing and and the Michigan Arts & Culture Council.
