EAST LANSING, MI — If you are going to the MSU game Friday night, Spartan fans are being encouraged to sign up to receive gameday updates from MSU Police and Public Safety.
Those details could come in hand navigating your way across campus on game day. Just text SPARTANFB26 to 888777. Updates will include safety information, potential game delays, traffic and parking information, etc. Fans can also download the SafeMSU app and look for the Football Gameday Central button, according to a press release.
Michigan State’s football gameday website, msuspartans.com/gameday, has up-to-date information, including parking, tailgating, tickets, gameday timeline, Spartan Stadium policies and more.

CONCESSIONS
Levy, the official concessions provider for Michigan State athletics, is introducing some new food and beverage options as well as new technology to continually improve the fan experience.
- New restaurant partners, including King of the Grill (BBQ sandwiches), Ohana and Fuel’d (Orange chicken, sushi/sushi bowls), University Weiner (specialty hot dogs), Varsity Bird (chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches), and MSU Dairy Store (Spartan Swirl ice cream pints)
- Amazon Just Walk Out Technology at section 1 and section 23, allowing patrons to scan a credit card at entry, pick up items, and leave without waiting in line
- New alcohol offerings including Cutwater ready-to-drink cocktails throughout the stadium; and CraftStandard Cocktails on tap at sections 5, 21, 24 and 211
CASHLESS STADIUM
Spartan Stadium is a cashless venue, including all concessions and 50-50 raffle.
BAG POLICY
In accordance with Michigan State Athletics security guidelines, the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans as they enter the stadium are the following:
- Bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bag, camera and binocular cases, not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap
